Shipping and Returns
- Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via direct correspondence. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
- Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss or damage in the artwork passes to the customer upon delivery of the artwork to the customer or a person nominated by the customer.
- If an artwork is returned, the customer remains responsible for the artwork and any risk of damage or loss until it has been received and inspected by Partners Online Gallery.
- The customer is liable for any damage caused to the artwork while in their possession, or while being returned (whether through their own actions or the actions of any third party or courier engaged for the return), until such time as the artwork is safely in the possession of Partners Online Gallery.
- Returns are only accepted for undamaged artworks returned within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
- Returned artworks must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
