Lyndsay Wiggan
Lyndsay Wiggan’s artistic foundation was built during a childhood spent immersed in the wildlife and dramatic scenery of South Africa's beautiful, mountainous Lowveld. Raised by an artist father and an encouraging mother, she developed a free spirit alongside a deep, lifelong appreciation for nature and its beauty. This connection to the natural world expanded significantly in later years when she spent much of her time sailing deep blue oceans far and wide, a journey that diversified her creative affection to encompass not just the rugged African bushveld, but the vastness of the sea as well.
Today, her evocative fine art has earned a strong global footprint, with her paintings proudly collected both locally within South Africa and by art lovers worldwide. This widespread appeal stems from her profound ability to capture the inner essence, distinct mood, and light of her subjects, establishing a powerful connection that keeps the beholder deeply captivated and engaged. Lyndsay now resides in Mbombela, South Africa, with her husband, sculptor Daryl Howell, where the couple creates together full-time from their home art studio.
